Extended Stay America Suites- San Ramon - Bishop Ranch - East

This was my second stay at this hotel. The location is great, and rooms are clean and comfortable. The service was especially excellent. Shelley helped me with the stove operation and was very professional and helpful. I experienced such professional service and will definitely stay at this hotel again.

I've been staying here for a couple montgs for work and all-in-all, it's been a wonderful alternative to an AirBnB or short-term apartment rental. Personally, I love that the rooms have completely wooden floors. The cleanliness of the room and building has been great, especially as someone with asthma and bad dust/pollen allergies. Maintenance has been very consistent in their service and prompt in coming up whenever I've needed them—even for small stuff like unclogging a drain. I've also enjoyed friendliness and kindness of the staff; never have I been made to feel unwelcome or like my requests were burdensome during my stay. For business, as an overnight rest spot on a road trip, or a solo vacation, this location would be an excellent choice.

ESA in Bishop Ranch is a good stay with very reasonable prices. King comfortable bed, very quiet, kitchen set-up in a great location. Ask the front desk for kitchen supplies at no cost; helps to save costs on breakfast and other meals. Coffee/tea provided in the am. Front desk team very accommodating. (Tips: Bring extra dish soap, shampoo, laundry detergent for longer stays.) Laundry machines available on first floor @$5.00 per load.

As a long-term resident of the property during the 2nd half of 2025, I am very pleased with the accommodations and graciousness of the staff. The property has served as my residence and work-from-home location during the week allowing me to relax and get business done from a comfortable space with the perfect level of services on offer. The breakfast offerings are consistently available on schedule and the in-facility laundry is a welcome bonus.

Extremely affordable, and for that the lodging is adequate. Old/loud building, but they do what they can to make up for it with excellent service. Central/busy location surrounded by parking lots and shopping centers.

Shelley is so awesome, whenever you need something for you room, she's on it and super sweet about. I 've been stay there through the week for work and it feels just like being at home.. Great job guys

I have really been appreciating a peaceful stay here! I am in a transition period In my life and this was much needed for me.The staff here are tremendous. Mary, the manager, has been really helpful to me, and Michelle has as well. Both are consummate professionals and have been very responsive to any concerns I’ve had—which have been very few and minuscule. Nelson, who does maintenance, has also been very responsive and kind.Thank you for hiring this team! Please do whatever it takes to keep them!

GREAT!!!!! I would give 10 stars if I could!!!!! The entire staff from the front desk (Allison, Shelly, Mary, Ken, Kurt and please forgive me, a few I do not know their names), maintenence, housekeeping have ALL been welcoming, friendly, helpful, kind, just to name a few. I always look forward to staying, seeing them and appreciate them ALL!!!!! When in the area I choose to stay here for several reasons. I have stayed in several hotels and this one is exceptional and the ENTIRE STAFF has ALWAYS made me feel at home!!!!! PLEASE let them ALL know that they are appreciated and how valuable they are!!!!!
